Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Lawrence M. Gleason, Jr. has spent more than 15 years working in telecommunications infrastructure. Prior to founding Uniti LATAM, he was the COO for Latin America for American Tower (NYSE:AMT). Under his guidance, AMT’s Latin American presence spread from 4,400 towers in Mexico and Brazil to nearly 20,000 towers in Mexico, Brazil, Columbia, Peru and Chile. This expansion included 3,000 newly constructed towers and more than 20 acquisition deals.

Mr. Gleason has also been a practicing attorney, earning his JD from the University of Baltimore Law School and completing his undergraduate studies at Cornell University.

Vice President of Latin American Operations

Brian Murphy worked closely with Lawrence Gleason for more than a decade at AMT. As Vice President of Latin American Operations, Mr. Murphy had operational responsibility for more than 20,000 assets across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica and Panama. This role included overseeing new tower development, collocations, maintenance, the Network Operating Center and site monitoring.

Prior to AMT’s expansion, Mr. Murphy was the company’s Director of Operations in Mexico, where he led a team that constructed more than 1,500 new towers.

Kevin Corrigan

Kevin Corrigan

Vice President Business Development/Mergers & Acquisitions

Kevin Corrigan has worked for more than 15 years in 3rd-party wireless infrastructure management, development, and mergers and acquisitions. Eight of those years were with AMT, holding senior-level positions in Mexico, Brazil and India.

Mr. Corrigan was the General Manager of AMT in Mexico as the company entered its first international market. He would later lead multiple international expansion efforts in Latin America and Asia.

Before entering the telecommunications field, Mr. Corrigan worked in banking for 11 years. He holds an MBA from Mercer University and a BA from the University of Georgia.

José Antonio Pepe Thomsen

José Antonio “Pepe” Thomsen

Director of Latin American Operations

José Antonio “Pepe” Thomsen participated in the creation of Mexico’s telecommunications satellite system and has more than 15 years of experience in Mexican wireless telecommunications. He served for eight years as Executive Director of Planning and Project Management at Operadora Unefon, where he was responsible for the construction and integration of more than 1,000 sites in the company network.

During the past seven years, Mr. Thomsen has helped deploy more than 500 sites and nodes for Mexico’s four major wireless carriers. He is a graduate of the National University of Mexico and holds a MBA from the Instituto Technologico Autonomo de Mexico.
