Selecta started in 1976 with its own great brand of secondary products that were difficult, if not impossible, for distributors to acquire efficiently due to minimum and other requirements. Not only does Selecta source these secondary products but we package the products in easy-to-sell bags. We provide racks and displays so that your customers can actually see and touch what they want to purchase. We provide all this in a kit format of the fastest moving items so that electrical distributors don’t have to worry about stocking the wrong item. We provide correct product with great sales and marketing tools, we utilize independent reps to help guide you when needed.

We are members of IMARK and Affiliated Distributor buying groups so you receive credit when purchasing through Selecta. We are also members of the battery buying groups Energy Battery Group (EBG, Battery Alliance (BA) and Battery Electrical Specialist Associations (BESA).

Beginning with our brand of switches, terminals, clips and indicator lights, relays and contactors, and then adding Honeywell MICRO SWITCH, we have since added complementary name brands to our mix. This includes Duracell Batteries, CRC Industries, Rust-Oleum Paints and Coatings, Universal Power Group (UPG), Energizer, as well as Carling, Eaton, Solico, Mueller, Cutler Hammer component parts.
